At Tile & Toast, each collection is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our products and limited production runs, all sales are final.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Tile & Toast. After 24 hours, pre-order sales are final.

Estimated fulfillment timelines are provided in good faith but may change due to production schedules, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
